2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each person may open only one account. Having multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide your real name, correct date of birth, and valid contact details at the time of registration.
• Keeping your account password secure is entirely your responsibility.
• Account details must never be shared with any third party.
• The account holder is fully responsible for all activities carried out through the account.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

7ccc may request identity verification at any time. This process may require submission of a national ID card, passport, or other valid documents. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

2.3 Updating Account Information

If your contact details or any other account information changes, please notify 7ccc as soon as possible. 7ccc will not be responsible for any issues arising from incorrect information.

To register with 7ccc, you must be at least 21 years old. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3.1 Ineligible Persons

The following individuals are not eligible to use 7ccc:

• Anyone under the age of 21.
• Anyone who has voluntarily added themselves to a self-exclusion list.
• Anyone whose account has previously been closed or suspended.
• Anyone who is an employee of 7ccc or a close relative of an employee.

3.2 Responsibility for Eligibility

It is entirely your responsibility to ensure you are legally eligible to use 7ccc. If 7ccc finds that an ineligible person is using an account, that account will be closed immediately and any funds held may be forfeited.

7ccc processes transactions through secure and convenient payment methods. Our platform supports bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method).
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.

7ccc offers various types of bonuses and promotions. This section describes in detail the conditions for claiming and using bonuses.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.

• Example: ৳1,000 deposit + ৳2,000 bonus = total balance of ৳3,000.
• Example: ৳6,000 deposit + ৳5,000 bonus (maximum) = total balance of ৳11,000.
• The bonus applies only once and only on the first deposit.
• If a promotion code applies, it must be entered correctly to receive the bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw any bonus, specific wagering requirements must be met. For the welcome bonus, the wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus amount.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If 7ccc determines that a user is abusing the bonus system (for example: multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns), it reserves the right to cancel the bonus and withhold any associated winnings.

5.4 Cashback & VIP Program

7ccc's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze: up to 0.4% cashback per week; Silver: up to 0.8% cashback per week; Gold: up to 1.1% cashback per week; Platinum: up to 1.5% cashback per week. Tier upgrades are based on play volume and activity. Each tier's cashback rate is subject to separate conditions.

All games on 7ccc operate on the basis of fair play. Random Number Generator (RNG) technology is used to ensure unbiased results.

6.1 Game Operations

• All games are operated by third-party software providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, etc.).
• If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error, 7ccc will resolve it by reviewing the system logs.
• In case of any dispute over game results, the system logs will be treated as the final evidence.

6.2 Sports Betting

• 7ccc reserves the right to change betting odds and markets.
• If an event is cancelled or suspended, the bet amount will be refunded.
• For combined bets (accumulators), if any one market becomes void, that selection will be treated as "cancelled".
• Bets cannot be placed after match results have been announced.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7ccc platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using third-party payment methods.
• Coordinated or strategic betting to meet bonus conditions (bonus arbitrage).
• Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Transferring account details or access to others.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's code or software.
• Using the account for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Creating an account using false information.
• Misconduct or harassment toward other users.

8.1 Account Closure by 7ccc

7ccc reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of the Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Extended period of inactivity.
• By order of a court or law enforcement agency.

8.2 Account Closure by the User

8.3 Inactive Account Policy

An account may be marked as inactive if there has been no activity for an extended period. A maintenance fee may be applied to inactive accounts; the relevant user will be notified in advance.
